To send

We will send your package asap, you will receive it within 48 hours. When your payment has been made, you will immediately receive an email with a confirmation. If there is a delay, such as holidays, we will notify our customers. Would you like to receive the tracking information? Send us a message and we will forward them to you. That way you know exactly when your package will arrive!

Pay attention! Shipping is only free within the Netherlands. If the package must be sent abroad, separate costs will be charged for this.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the Thursdays item, no problem! You can return the item within 14 days. The consumer is responsible for the return costs of the product. We are a small company, so we can only bear the shipping costs. Thursdays is not responsible for packages that are lost during the return shipment.

Return conditions

• The item must be exchanged within 14 days, date of invoice is leading.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and hang tags.

• Items in the sale cannot be returned .

• The item may not have been worn / used.

• Items with make-up residue, perfume or other traces of use will not be returned and no money will be refunded.
